What type of services do you offer?
We offer a variety of ground transportation services including executive town cars, shared and private vans, coach buses and limos, serving all airports and anywhere you want to go, by reservation.

What is the difference between Shared Van and Private Van Service?                                                                              
Shared van service is the most economical option for those passengers with some flexibility required for scheduling other passengers on route. Shared Van Service may entail minimal waiting and altering of your pickup time by up to 20 minutes for outgoing flights from your original scheduled pickup time.
Private van service affords you the luxury of not sharing your ride with anyone other than passengers in your own party. This option is recommended for those with an inflexible schedule or a strong preference for privacy; as well those who wish to avoid extra stops or occasional waiting.
 
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept AMEX, VISA & MASTERCARD.

When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged up to a week prior to travel. Additional charges such as surcharges and gratuities incurred at the time of travel will be processed within a week post travel.

Is gratuity included in the fare?


Gratuity is NOT included in the fare (unless specified on your ticket as such) and is greatly appreciated to reflect the service you receive.

Is there a round trip discount?
Every 11th ride is your "Be Driven Bonus" which earns you up to 100% off your base fare. It’s our way of showing our appreciation for your loyalty. (Terms and conditions apply)

Do you provide car seats? Is there an additional cost?
Car seats and booster seats are available at no additional cost and on request at the time of booking.

May I choose my own pick up time?
You may always request a pick up time earlier than that recommended by our reservation team.
I travel business class and it only takes me 20 minutes to get to Logan. I don’t need to go that early.
If you choose to travel Shared Van Service be aware that we may be picking up additional passengers along the way. Therefore, we generally allow forty-five (45) minutes travel time to Logan from most areas on the North Shore and aim to arrive one and a half hours prior to your flight time. Please be respectful of our policies in place to ensure the safety and reliability of our service for all parties on board.
 
What if my plans change?
Simply call us and we will make every effort to accommodate your revised travel plans, in most cases at no additional charge.

What if the airline cancels my flight?
If the airline cancels your flight, simply notify us with your new pick up information in advance and we will accommodate your new pick up time at no additional cost.

How do you know when to pick me up when I arrive?
We track all arrival times and factor in approximately 15 minutes from tarmac to gate for domestic flights and 30 minutes on international flights. Your driver will wait up to 1 hour from the tracked tarmac time for you to collect your luggage and greet your driver at the designated pick up location.

How can I be sure you’ll be there?
We confirm all departure information with our triple confirmation. Upon booking your reservation our agent will read a confirmation script confirming your reservation details. Please take a moment to listen carefully to ensure accurate information. You will also receive an email confirmation at the email address you provide. Please take a moment to read and confirm the information is correct and contact us with any revisions required. On departures, the afternoon or evening prior to your pick up, you will receive a phone call again confirming your pick up and arrival details. On route to the airport your driver will re-confirm your arrival information. We take pride in our multi-step confirmation process to ensure accurate information is received. We appreciate your cooperation in taking part in the confirmation process.

How do I know where to meet my driver when I arrive?
Please make note of the specified pick up location quoted at the time of booking and on your email confirmation.

Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes, we accommodate large groups. Simply ask to speak with Group Service Representative who will be happy to assist you in coordinating transportation for your wedding, or other group event.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Cancellations received within 12 hours are subject to the full fare.
Bus reservations are subject to a $125 cancellations fee within 15 days of your scheduled reservation.

What are your office hours?
Our reservation lines are open from 5am -12:30am E.S.T. on weekdays, and 6am – to 12:30am E.S.T. on weekends and holidays.
