The planning and logistics required to be successful in this position directly impacts timely pick ups, customer satisfaction and ultimately the future growth of the company.

In this role, a successful candidate will administer the day to day transportation operations and compliance of a diverse passenger transportation company including but not limited to the scheduling and dispatching of a fleet of 100+ vehicles and team of 100 drivers to ensure safe, timely pick ups and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Phone and email reservations, dispatching, scheduling, planning and logistics, driver and vehicle compliance, processing and training of new hires.

Qualifications

Prior experience in the transportation industry, highly skilled in problem solving, planning and logistics, proactive leadership skills, multi tasking capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
