TOWN CAR/LIMO SERVICE

Due to Massport regulation at terminals B&C please call 1 800 BeDriven as you are exiting the terminal, and your driver will be dispatched from the limo pool.

• Terminal A - Lower Level, Limo Parking lot, exit terminal and walk straight ahead.
• Terminal B - Upper level, Limo Pick Up Area, curbside. Exit terminal upper level, follow signs to Limo Pick Up Area
• Terminal C - Upper level, Limo Pick Up Area, curbside
• Terminal E - Limo Parking Lot. Exit terminal and walk straight ahead to Limo Parking Lot.

VAN SERVICE

• Terminal A - Shared Van Area, Lower Level, Curbside at Island 3.
• Terminal B - Shared Van Area, Lower Level, curbside.
• Terminal C - Shared Van Area, Lower Level, Lot 4
• Terminal E - Shared Van Area, Lower Level, Cross street and turn left.

In order to provide you with the best service possible, please be advised of the following policies when traveling with North Shore Shuttle:

• CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
  Please notify us of all cancellations and flight changes.
  On round trip reservations, please be sure to specify each leg you wish to cancel. Passengers will be billed the full fare for “no shows” and cancellations received within 12 hours.
• REDEEMING COUPONS
  All coupons must be redeemed by pre-paying at time of booking and presenting coupon to driver at time of travel.
• LOST LUGGAGE
  In the event of lost luggage, please call us before reporting your claim. A $25 per hour waiting charge will apply.
• ADDITIONAL CHARGES
  Early morning and late night surcharges of $5 per 1/2 hour apply before 6am and after 11pm (maximum $20).
  Excess Baggage will be charged at a rate of $3 per piece. (Includes skis, golf clubs, boxes etc.)
  Crated pets will be charged at $10 each.
  Additional stops will be charged at $5 per stop within the same town; $10 per stop in another town.
  Available on private service only.
  Waiting will be charged at a rate of $25 per hour.
  North Shore Shuttle reserves the right to bill passengers
  Additional Charges incurred as a result of flight delays and/or changes made to the reservation that were not included in the pre-paid fare.
  (Gratuity is not included.)
